    3. Hi fellow Listers: Another Fellow Lister was good enough to find the following for us: "Frederick Mitchell was listed as a tailor at 96 Bridport St, South Melbourne". Up until now; we've assumed that both James & Frederick MITCHELL, Tailors of Melbourne had their shop in Melbourne's CBD, but we are now wondering if it was at this address; 96 Bridport St, South Melbourne? Fredericks 2 eldest Sons; William Kent & Herbert Frederick were also Tailors. Does anyone know this area and if so; is there a shop or shops heresabouts? We've also a couple of photos of the MITCHELL Tailors shop: It's a 2 story building (With similar on both sides of and abutting) with 2 windows above the shop. Across the top of doorway and above the road gutter is a sign - "304 Practical Tailors" Below this and across the Glass Display Windows is "MITCHELL & McCABE"; this is also repeated below the windows. Does this help in any way; to identify the shop and it's then whereabouts? Bearing in mind; that this would have been some years back now? Kindest Regards; Robert KEMSLEY
