Leanne, could you send me a scan copy of the hospital or part thereof I have a certificate stating that someone was a Life Governer of an Institution in Melbourne (Austin hospital), there are a few photo's placed around the certificate, maybe I could compare your photo and my photo and we could elimate at least the hospital I have.
