Hi Cathy, Re: Above. Yes! Australia does have Electoral Rolls, However, they are not available on line, a person has to be at an Electoral office to view the rolls........State by State. I've had a look through 12 pages on line of our White Pages Telstra telephone subscribers list, and found, one only listing which mentions Pascoe Vale.......By the way, this is a suburb Melbourne, in the State of Victoria, Australia. Here is the one I found P.M. & C. S. CLARK, at 21 Dale Avenue, Pascoe Vale 3044, Victoria, Australia. Phone number is (03) 9350 6430. That is how we would dial it, if we were living in Australia.
