I am researching Ernest Andrew Shepherd, born 1866 in Essendon, Melbourne. It is believed that his parents, though British subjects, were themselves born overseas, possibly Singapore. Any possible clue as to what to do next would be gratefully received. I believe Ernest's son was named Ernest Dugald Shepherd, and that they may have travelled to New Zealand. Thank you.
