Anne I cannot seem to see them either. One way of checking is to purchase one of the birth certificates of the other siblings. This should have them named and if they are dec or not. I have one that was born and vanished, possibly died the same time but not on registration. Hi all I also looked at this family when first posted and could not find anything BUT I thought that registration of Birth's Deaths & Marriages did not become law(?) until 1855, therefore if the two children died after arrival in 1852 and before 1855 they would only be listed (maybe) in a church register - is this correct?? Registration became compulsory in 1853 in Vic but it did not always happen. Also a lot of people have been left off the indexes for some reason or another. most registrations went to churches but they are included in the indexes. the births of older children should list these children and whether they are still alive or not. Also if you can work out where they settled (if they kept still) there may a burial for them somewhere.
