Both b. certs list parents as Thomas and Sarah. On John's b.cert father's occ. is Sawyer but on Thomas' b.Cert father is Sailor (is this a lead?) I also have a d. cert for Sarah Brooks, wife of Thomas (assuming the mother) who died River Plenty in 1845 at the age of 27. I cannot find any info on either of the parents, Thomas or Sarah. I am related to John and have nothing from when his mother dies until he marries Elizabeth Gall in Warrnambool, 1862 (his parents are Thomas and Sarah but by this time Thomas the father is a labourer. When Elizabeth Gall dies John remarries to Mary Frances Davis and on that m. Cert father Thomas is once again listed as a sailor. I can't find anything on Thomas Jnr.
