My mystery regarding Joe Hepper is that he is supposed to have lived in Cheltenham in the 1920's but his death certificate states he died in 1943 in Preston and had only been in Victoria (from NSW) for 4 years. I am trying to find out if he did live in Vic in the 1920's or not. Jenny Sharp
