Hi Jim In Victoria, Australia, the Public Records Office of Victoria (PROV) have put the digitised Wills and Probates online to 1925. Here is the link http://www.prov.vic.gov.au/access/probate.asp If you search for Os*burn* - this will bring up all variations - click on More and sometimes the links to 2 or more files come up. Click on Find this File in our Catalogue to see if View Digitised Item is shown. If it is shown click and the file will download. I hope this helps.
