Today I was alerted (via a radio broadcast) to the questionability of the impartiality of web search engines. It was suggested, via research, that some search engines may be prioritising websites that promote their "brand". I guess this is a good reminder for people such as I, who tend to rely upon one major search engine, to use other sources as well when searching the web, as various search engines can produce quite differing responses. In short, if you are using the web to source information, use a number of search engines to optimise your findings.
