    2. Darlene Carlisle
    3. Hi Carol Thanks so much for trying to find them for me, I appreciate your time & efforts. It was my last ditch effort on finding out their daughters real & married name. I guess that sounds a bit silly but she was born in NZ in 1884 as Ingeborg Amelia Martin (spelling varies on Ingeborg as well) they moved to Williamstown Victoria abt 1885 where Susan & Lewis (parents) went on to have another 5 children - all of whom I can find marriage & children details for but no so with Ingeborg as I guess she would have anglised her name somewhere down the line. She was still alive when both her parents died as she appears on their death certifcates both of which I have in 1908 & 1919. I thought if her parents had left a will then she would of certainly been on it with her married name. When I am staying interstate, I use the Needitnow website. http://www.needitnow.com.au/needitnow/needitnow.asp You can choose your price range, your location, and check the facilities and pictures of the accomodation on the website. I've used it a couple of times, once in Hobart and once in Sydney, and it works ok for me. It's hard to recommend accommmodation in Melbourne when I never stay in any. There is a link to a map of the location of each hotel which will help as well. Best wishes, Lenore Frost Essendon, Vic

    3. Thanks Dawn. They did marry in Scotland (on 14 June 1850) but I don't think civil registration came in until around 1855 so there would only be the parish record and I hear they are usually pretty basic. Never mind. It's all part of the fun (and challenge)!
