Was wondering if anyone on this list has access to NZ records. My ancestor Michael Thomas Kelly was born in 1851, in Auckland, to Thomas and Mary Kelly. I am trying to find if they were married in New Zealand and when they may have arrived in NZ. If anyone can help, I would be most appreciative. Dennis Schinkel
Could SKS Please look up the Dandenong (one of the earliest) electoral rolls for Henderson -Alexander (died 1918) & George. Marg

Hello Margaret There are a heap of George Williams. Can you give me an occupation and when did his wife Margaret die. The Victorian rolls are 1903,1909,1914,1919,1924,1931,1936. More information will help me track him down in 1903 if he is there. Hello Chris The Electoral Rolls are 1903,1909,1914,1919,1924,1931,1936 in Victoria. There are quite a few James McKenzie's so if you could give me an occupation or a spouse or even children at home it would help considerably. There are no ages on the electoral roll. */Thanks to all for the responses. Just by way of information to anyone researching ships don't forget the Gales trial - it's still available, and I managed to find several references to this voyage in several newspapers of the time: Caledonian Mercury/* (Edinburgh, Scotland) */Lloyd's Weekly Newspaper /**/Daily News/* (London, England) Clearance for departure, a couple of sightings at sea, and a notice of arrival. Thanks All, Greatly appreciate the comments. And yes, I'm going to purchase the images and get my info that way. Alan. Just in case you have any from Isle of Lewis, its the same place as Isle of Harris. Its all one island. Harris is the southern part and Lewis is the northern part. It also used to be part of Inverness-shire, so if you cant find it in Outer Hebrides, try Inverness-shire. Barb
