G'day Naomi, The CARTER family resided at Lake Condah originally. I confident that the family originally came from the Mount Gambier area, SA. I've got some CARTER information but mainly for Lake Condah, Coranderrk and Lake Tyers. Have your any christian names? I might be able to tie in with one.
