Hi mahiman, Do you have a name? Which state are you from? Here is a good site to start with http://www.aiatsis.gov.au/lbry/fmly_hstry/fmly_hstry_hm.htm I'll try to remember to post a URL weekly for those of you that might like to go and do some reading. Different states have different resources so give me an idea of which areas you're interested in Cheers, Robynne Melbourne ----- Original Message ----- From: mahiman To: AUS-KOORI-L@rootsweb.com Sent: Tuesday, January 22, 2002 9:18 PM Subject: Re: [AUS-Koori] Research Interests sounds great beth i have some questions i would like answered if possible 1. what is aboriginal protocol- what type of things to men only deal with and what type of things do women only deal with? 2. in aboriginal lore do women have equal footing with men or are there certain things and places which they cannot do or go? any information would be great as i am an aboriginal woman who has had my culture stolen from me and i would like to claw back some pride and dignity in understanding of my culture----- Original Message ----- From: "Robynne" <whitehse@bigpond.net.au> To: <AUS-KOORI-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Tuesday, January 22, 2002 10:56 PM Subject: [AUS-Koori] Research Interests > Hi Beth, > > What a great idea! > > Ok everyone, listen up.
