Hi Gwen, yes there was a mission at Karuah, and there are still a lot of Koori's still there, is a Local Aboriginal Land Council (LALC) at Karuah, you should be able to get the number from telstra, if you have no luck, I am leaving the Central Coast for a week tomorrow, and when I return I will be going back to work at our LALC, so I will get their contact info for you.
