Hello Jim, Treely and rooly I will send the dates you asked for when the latest wave of visitors has left the house. Meanwhile, out there at Yass/Jugiong was a Sarah English who married James Barry at St. Mary's Sydney in 1838, and then went to live at Yass in southern NSW. They became bigwigs in the Catholic church there, and appear as witnesses or sponsors for lots of weddings and baptisms, but seem to have had NO contact at all with "my" Lawrence Enmglish and his family, who arrived in Australia at the same time. because all of the many Barry kids were born before 1856, I can get no clues as to sarah's age or parentage, and when she died, no-one knew. Is there anyone "out there" with an interest in the Barry family?
