My GG G/F JOHN WELLS arrived in Sydney in 1829 at the age of approximately fourteen. He married MARTHA EDWARDS in St Lawrence Church Sydney in 1840 they eventually arrived in SOUTH AUSTRALIA where John started a very successful Carpenter and Joinery business in Hindley Street. If any one has any information on this family when they lived in York Street Sydney,it would be gratefully received. Elaine
