Hi All Trying this family from a different angle - my last ditch stand!! Samuel HARRISON born abt 1806 in the Mullaghbrack area married abt 1831 Annie CARLYLE/variants born abt 1810 had five children of whom we are aware: George b Sept 1831 married Susan Jane WILLIS b 12 Dec 1837 Drumnamether (2 of David's paternal Great Grandparents) Mary b 1834 married Samuel HEATHWOOD (also to Queensland, Australia) Elizabeth b 1836 who came to Qld to help George when Susan died. She returned to Ireland after George's death in 1905. We believe she remained a spinster. Robert 1840 married Mary WILLIS and they remained in Market Hill Co Armagh Ann b 1846 married Joseph COLVIN and they too helped populate south east Queensland. The three families who came and settled in south east Queensland, around the Beaudesert area, had 27 children of whom I'm aware. The family HARRISON features in the GV in Mullaghbrack. I don't have information on the HEATHWOODs nor COLVINs other than they were from Armagh. Can anyone help me with this lot please? Cheers Bev
