Hi List, Am having computer trouble so am not sure whether this went out. Am Trying to find any information on a Family (Smith) who took in a male child after the rest of his familuy drowned in an accident-probably in the Carcoar area. The childs christian name was Thomas and both families are probably Irish. Who was that Smith family and who was the other family? Thomas kept the Smith name and married Elizabeth Cassidy. The accident probably happened in the 1850s. Also does anyone have any information about a Cassidy starting a printing press in Carcoar. Thanks Lynne
