Hi Lesley, Woolshed Valley is the area west of Beechworth, that follows the creek and valley down to Eldorado. Site of thousands panning for gold back in the rush days. Aaron Sherritt, Ned Kelly's once gang member is reputed to have lived in Woolsehd Valley. Place is basically uninhabited these days. Do you have a township at all, or any other names?? Our Andersons came from Scotland, to the Nathalia area, about 1871. It seems your Andersons were here a little earlier than ours. With a few more clues I could possibly do some BDM look ups for you.
