Do you remember teaching me how to do a Gedcom (years ago)? To get what I want out of PAF5 - I do just that and export it to PAF4. But I have found a catch. If you leave PAF5 in your program file - every time you try to open PAF4, the thing tries to convert it to 5. So then, my PAF5 resides in the Recycle Bin until I want to download some sort of data from Utah. I'll bet you already knew that!!!!!!!! (Sorry Jim - a tad out of order) Cheers Bev

    3. Hi Bev, Charles, and listers............. Couldn't agree more with what you both have written re PAF 5.........why muck such a good program as PAF 4, to start with.....I only wish it included provision to create a suplementary timeline so we could match up historical, social etc events with what our families were up to. It helps to explain why they did somethings sometimes to run these together............................... Jim Bev Kerlin wrote: > > Bev, > > > > Hey! Are you saying you don't usually agree with me?
