Hi - I'm new to the list. I am researching Thomas FITZPATRICK who came to Australia in maybe the 1850s. He married in Adelaide on 24 February 1857 - Mary REEDY. Thomas came from County Clare and Mary from County Limerick. They had 5 children (not certain) : Austen (or maybe Archibald!uncertain of this child); George (my g.father); Thomas; Mary and Ella. Does anyone have any connections to these families? Love to hear from you. Edna
Hi Edna, I'm interested in your Thomas FITZPATRICK. I have a Thomas FITZPATRICK who married Annie DALEY and had at least three children, Annie Maria, Emily Daley and Maria in the 1870's. Annie Maria married James Joseph CONDON in 1899 in Mt Morgan, Queensland. On this certificate it is stated Annie was born in Calliope, Queensland although I have been unable to find her birth or that of Emily who was named as a witness at Annie's wedding. Annie and James were my husband's ggrandparents and I am really interested in finding out more about the FITZPATRICKS and the DALEYS. Have you had any other replies to your request?
