Hello Everyone I'm researching the TEYS family who came to NSW on the Parland in 1838. They were called TEAS in Ireland and on the ship's indent but became TEYS very soon after landing here.According to the shipping records the family were TEAS David of Donegal aged 45 yrs Father: TEAS David (of Drumhera) Mother: MILLER Mary TEAS Rebecca aged 33 of Tyrone Father: DAY William Mother: LOWREY Eliza Children Elizabeth 17 yrs William 15yrs Alexander 13yrs Martha 10yrs Mary Ann 8yrs Rebecca 6yrs James 4yrs David 2yrs John b NSW 1844 My line is through James TEYS who married Rebecca OLDFIELD in 1859. They moved along with some of their extended family from Murrurundi where the family had property firstly to the New England district and then to the Roma area . I would love to hear from anyone researching these families. Jan in Toowoomba Researching CORNWELL,DAVIDSON, GENRICH, MEIBUSCH,OLDFIELD, PIOCH, QUICK, SARGEANT, STARK, WALLACE,WARD
