Hi Marg There is a James Campbell in the 1841 Census at Sutton Forest and I got a copy of an Insolvency at the Archives for James Campbell of the Prince Prince Albert Inn, Berrima Road 1860 "Late of Campbelltown". At this stage I can't prove a connection. Henry Campbell married Jane Wallace Ure at Paradise near Inverell in 1861, they had 15 children. Henry's death certificate gave his parents as James Campbell, hotelkeeper and Mary Shaw and stated Campbelltown was his birth place.
