It was 12 months ago that I visited the Cowra Family History Group, but unfortunately came away with very little information on this family. For the benefit of others on the list, William and Sarah Moore together with Richard and Margaret Moore travelled from County Cavan as bounty immigrants on the "Champion" in 1840. Richard and William were cousins. Richard and Margaret, my gg grandparents, settled in the Canberra area and many of their descendants still reside in the district. Phil Moore Canberra
