Is there anywhere online that I can check passenger arrivals to NSW for 1818 Thanks Lynne
Hello Lynne, Have you tried the NSW Govt. births, deaths, marriages. I just enter nsw bdm in my search engine and it brings up an index. I also use the State Records of NSW for a lot of queries. Are some refs to ships and a few passengers names in the Colonial Secretaries indexes to 1825 on State Records web site The 1828 census lists a great many people who CF and the name of the ship but thats not on line and isnt a passenger list as such Bye MargM Beautiful Wyong Shire NSW
Hi Lynne, Who are you searching for?? Some of the early ship passenger lists did not survive. I know a Relative of my husband, arrived in 1823 and this record is lost. We found the year and name of ship,he arrived on, in a letter written when he was asking for a grant of land. Kind regards, Lynne.
