I only have George SHEPHARD's Death Certificate. It said, to be brief that when he died in 1879 that he had been married for 25 years to Charlotte SHEPHARD and had been 20 years in N.S.W. The Informant was his wife Charlotte and his parents were listed as James SHEPHARD, Farmer and Sarah WINTERBOTTOM. Birth was "Yorkshire". He died on 7 Mar, 1879 and was buried on 19th Mar, 1879 (? bit of a gap: wonder why?) at Jumper's Flat (?) by Carl Asimus (acting undertaker) (He was Hannah Elizabeth SHEPHARD's husband) and the officiating minister was Wesleyan, by the name of W.C HUGHES. Witnesses were John NIGHTINGALE and Dominic ENGLISH, whom I think were related to him. I am tomorrow obtaining Charlotte's DC from Joy Murrin. I doubt that it will tell me anything different, though.
