Good morning all, Does anyone have any information about the Voorwart (Hamburg - Melbourne 1859/60)? I am researching Martin Hoffman arriving on this ship. I have the record from blaxland.com/ozships with the passenger list but can find no other reference to this ship. Trip records, news reports, sketches, photos, anything? Hi, Steve and All, I envy you in that you have been able to find someone listed on a Shipping List. My SHEPHARDs must have been stowaways, I think, because I can find them nowhere and they couldn't have swum, because there were 2 little girls with them and a baby "born at sea". Any clues as to how I could find them?
