Could a member help with a foreign death? George Alexander Mitchell was born at Aberdeen Scotland in 1873. In the 1890s, he migrated to Australia with his brother Adam. Then around 1901, George left for South Africa to fight in the Boer War and thereafter made his life over there. At some time between say 1905 and 1960, he (maybe with his wife) boarded a ship to sail from SA to Australia to visit his brother. George died on the ship as it was approaching Perth or Melbourne, or when it was in dock. I assume his death was recorded. Can you tell me what his death certificate says? Many thanks Sybil Cameron
