Hi to you good folks down under, Trying to get some info. on one of my Gfathers sisters, who emigrated to Australia, some time between 1900 and 1943. Name :- Kathleen Ada BROWN born 13 Sept 1879 in Shoreditch, London, UK. Parents :- Thomas and Emily BROWN. Brothers and sisters :- Emily Edith, Walter, Sidney, Florence, Francis Henry. The only info. that I have, is a copy of a letter from her, to brother Sidney, written about 1945. Address at the top of the letter is :- 78 Mary Ann street, ******, Sydney, NSW. Can anybody complete the address for me please. Also is it possible to find who was living there during the years 1943-45, and possibly several years either side as well. What censuses are available for that time??? I don't have her married name, don't even know if she married. Is this the best list to be using for the Sydney area please???
