Researching my G G Grandfather James Hill who emigrated from England to Tasmania in 1842/1843 with his wife Lydia Kempy. A son, William Frederick Hill, was born on board an unknown ship off the Tasmanian coast on 30 Nov 1842. The birth was registered at Longford (near Launceston) on 9 Jan 1843. I have not been able to identify this ship and would appreciate any information or suggestions.
