Can some kind soul assist me, I am trying to find how a Thomas DAVIS came to Adelaide either directly from England or Wales or through other States or New Zealand. We know he was in Adelaide prior 1878 as a widower, we do not know if he was married before he came here, did he arrive on his own or bring a wife or a wife with children. He may have married in Adelaide and was a widower by 1878. Where can I find shipping lists to Adelaide, or newspaper lists of arrivals or any other aid. Would appreciate any assistance.
