seeking information on the Hibernia which left Liverpool in November 1832 and was shipwrecked in Feb 1833. The surviving passengers travelled to Hobart, Tasmania on board the Adelaide arriving in May 1833. I would like information concerning the shipwreck of the Hibernia and any other information whatsoever. Does anyone know if the passengers were originally from Ireland. thanks Chris.
