Hi Listers, Sometime between August 1888 and May 1891, William BAXTER arrived in Sydney with Mary, masquerading as BAXTER, but actually LOVELL, and probably Emma (b.1879) and Ada (b.1881) who could have been defined as either Baxter, or their correct name of Lovell. He was a confectioner. Has anyone any suggestions as to how I can find out which ship they travelled on and when they arrived. Mary had a son in London in August 1888, and he did not go with them. The family were back in London in 1901, complete with three children born in Sydney. Thanks for any help you can give. Paul in Chelmsford UK.
