Dear List, Can anyone tell me a little about the operation of Bounty Schemes please? and .... How do I find out if a particular ship or passengers were part of a bounty scheme? (I have seen reference on passenger lists to being assigned to a person for emplyment, but nothing about a bounty scheme, which I imagine, was arranged in the UK and would be covered by separate documentation).
