The SANDERSON family - John SANDERSON married Sarah DIXON (nee HEWITSON & widow of Joseph DIXON) in about 1892 and they had one son, George Ernest SANDERSON. Sarah also had three children to her first husband, Joseph DIXON - they were Sarah Ann DIXON, Joseph Alwyne DIXON (my grandfather) and Isabella DIXON. Joseph Alwyne Dixon was aged about 10 years at the time. The SANDERSON family came to Australia and lived in Brisbane in about 1894 or 1895. Unfortunately I do not know what ship they came on and I can only guess they arrived in Brisbane. Thanks for any help anyone can give me Regards, Judy H --- Incoming mail is certified Virus Free.
