There were two ships on Liverpool-melbourne run called "Blue Jacket" ...... EMILY KNEEBONE arrived may 1859 Which "Blue Jacket" was she on... blue jacket 1790 tonns built in Boston U.S.A.1854-caught on fire abandoned march 9 1869............... blue jacket 2339 tonns built in Canada was wrecked in 1883 ...... one of these had a name change to "White Star" (after the white star line possibly) which ship did EMILY arrive on ????? which ship 1 or 2 changed its name????? any ideas maureen deverell ( Tassie)
