Hi! I am searching for information on the arrival and departure to Australia(probably Melbourne) of A Polish gentleman in the late 1920's. His name was DAVID STEINITZ.He married in Melbourne in 1929. He /and his wife MARIE ELLEN(nee O'MEARA) left sometime after, Destination, Mexico? or elsewhere. He was born in Poland, but had deserted from the army so it was probable that they didn't return to that country. Unless he changed his surname. Please do not tell me that. Thanks. Helen Mcnamara.
