    3. DearListers, I have two records of a Thomas Burroughs arriving in Australia in 1853: A. Thomas Burroughs Age 0 1853 Jun Ship Bothnia Port L B Thomas Burroughs Age 29 1853 Apr Ship Mary Anne Port B My Thomas would be abt 25. A's age at 0? Ship birth or not recorded? The reference to port? L= London or Liverpool and B= Bristol, am I correct? These 2 persons were unassisted passengers. Where do I find assisted and crew members? Has anyone access to the the above ships lists ? Would they be of anymore help? Seeking help Roy in Oz

I posted a message a few days ago about THOMAS MOORE who was from Nova Scotia in Canada, and we now have news that he had at least two children from a marriage..ROBERT and MARY...we are also thinking that his wife's name could have been..FRANCIS, MARY or ELIZABETH...He left Australia and went to India, we don't know why..possibly his wife in Australia passed away...     3. Looking for anyone who may have connections with this man who came Nova Scotia to Australia in the mid 1800s. He has decendants here, though he had another family in India after he left Australia. He may have lived in the Goldfields areas of NSW and VIC..not sure. Thanking you, Wendy

    3. Dear Subscribers, My GGF arrived in Australia circa 1853. He was a Mariner from the Shotley Penninsula of Suffolk UK. He perished on the Cawarra in Newcastle Harbour in 1866. He may have had siblings or nephew in NZ or Aus at a later date. Has anyone come across him on a shipping list or maybe there is a rellie out there? Waiting in hope, Roy
