Hi all, When trying to translate old German documents, the language that was used 100 or so years ago has now changed considerably (as has English) and the modern translation site may not ideal. When we were trying to translate our old documents, letters & diaries we asked a local lady who was teaching German in a school and between her and a very old lady who had spoken German in the home for the first 20-30 years of her life they managed to work out most of it. But the translation site on the web is a good starting point if you've got no other alternatives.
