Hello, I am trying to locate Mary Elizabeth Korner, who was born in QLD in 1872 to Charles frederick Korner and Sarah Elizabeth Prangley??. The only possible trace I have found so far is the marriage of Mary Korner to Ferdinand Friedrich Wilhelm Kruger (also spelled as Kurger on index) in 1886. Initially I ruled this out as Mary would have only been 14. However I have since discovered my g-g-grandmother on another line married at 14 so I would like to double check. Mary's father died in 1881 in Cardwell leaving her mother with a baby due in two weeks, and children aged 3,7,9 - so times were probably very difficult. There are no other births for a Mary Korner in the Pioneers Index. Thank you and here's hoping, Sandy

My Grandmother was Mary Kruger but she was born in Hamburg in 1872 came to (I think QLD) Australia about 1875 .Married John Boyd died in Ispwitch OLD There May be some connection.
