Try www.familysearch.org and go to library catalogue and in place search type Prussia a number of records appear for the military, especially useful if the ancestor had children whilst serving. I would also use a search on www.google.com with a keyword of Prussian cavalry then search within results at the page bottom type Waterloo, you will get a large number of hits even better if the unit is available, as units will often have dairies etc that have survived, maybe even the muster lists.
