I'm trying to locate information on my Klemmer ancestors from Bischofswerda?, Bautzen, Saxony. Augustus KLEMMER (1822) son of Gottlieb KLEMMER and Johana WABST. Augustus emigrated to Australia before 1858. I cannot find any other leads. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks. gail

Hi Gail There is a August Klemmer for a naturalisation at the National Archives for 1858? I would assume he would be yours. www.naa.gov.au record search, guest search, type in surname and there he is.
