Hello Niki, I have some people from Woltersdorf but it is the Woltersdorf close to the German/Polish Border. On my map there are 4 towns called Woltersdorf. My suggestion to you is to try to find out which Kreis the town belonged that y our ancestors came from. Mine were in Kreis RANDOW which now longer exists and I am told that this has become Kreis ANGERMUNDE. My ancestors came from Hohenselchow, Pinnow, Casekow, Woltersdorf - all towns that were close to each other and for 50 yrs of last century, were under Communist rule and as a result many of the church records of my ancestors have been lost. So the best suggestion I can come up with for you is to try to determine from whatever sources may be available to you, which Kreis they came from and then you can successfully pin down which Woltersdorf is the ancestral town. cheers, Beverly.
