Oh Help. In my one name study for Hoffmann in Australia I have found myself absolutely bamboozelled by the family of Peter Hoffmann and his wife Eva Maria ECK in Queensland. They had something like 17 children most of whom survived and had children. I have got to a place where grandchildren are marrying greatgrandchildren and I think I am going all wrong. Could some wonderful and kind person help me sort out this family which is causing me to be so stressed . As another Hoffmann issue is two Johann Samuel Gottlieb HOFFMANN one born 1794 and the other 1795 they both came to South Australia at about the same time with their families. One of the JSG Hoffmann was the brother of Johanne Elizabeth Hoffmann m TEUSNER and Johanne Eleonore Hoffmann m JUETTNER and BLUMEL, and I have found references which claim both as the brother. The 1794 Johann Samuel Gottlieb married twice firstly WEHLE and then possibly LUX, the other was my family and he married WALTER. Just going on the birth places for both men it is probibly the 1794 Johann Samuel Gottleib HOFFMANN but I am unsure. Could anyone help me on either if these two problems. Thank you. Gillian Baker
