I have been to my library seeking a copy of "Greetings from the Land Where Milk and Honey Flows: German immigration to New South Wales 1838-1858" by Patricia Cloos. The library does not have it and suggest that it would not be available in Victoria and if available would have restricted access. Before asking them to pursue it further I thought I might share my situation on this link to see if anybody has any other ideas. Maybe a 2ND hand copy is available in a New South Wales bookshop.
