    3. Hello Carolyn, I was interested to see that Louisa Friederika Margaretha SCHRÖDER is on your tree, because she is on mine as well! She left Hamburg in 1865 for Queensland aboard the "Helene" accompanied by her mother, step-father, half-sisters and half-brother. Just to complicate matters, she is recorded on the passenger list under her step-father's surname, BROHMANN. According to the passenger list, she was 20 years old, so should have been born in 1844 or 1845. I haven't yet found her birth information but have her mother's details (and details for some of the mother's ancestors). If you are interested in further details contact me off the list.
