    3. Hi Albert, You can get the book through inter library loan. I am a librarian and have been able to borrow a copy of this book myself.using ILL. Where I work there is an intial charge of $4 to do a n ILL search. If the book comes from another public library there should be no further charge. Tenterfield library has a copy of this book that is not a reference copy and therefore able to be borrowed. It is not possible to buy a copy of this book. I am able to purchase books through my work place and unfortuately when the enquiry was made I found it was out of print. I did find a secondhand copy on the Amazon website but it was priced at over $100 and so to expensive. Hope this helps.
