    3. Hi Max The Death Certificate should show where he was buried. It sounds as though it may have been accidental. My husband had a first cousin, a few time removed who was buried in the C of E section at Rookwood - cause of death was "wilfully inhaling coal gas" An Inquest was held.... of course.
