How rude! I for one, smart I may not be, have had nothing but good & helpful advice from all and especially Leslie Ubel on this mailing list. I apologise on behalf of all to Allen. Allen, new to the list, asked a very good question. Goodness knows what Allen now thinks of this list. I viewed the "accidental email" a couple of weeks ago and reolised almost immediately that the sender had made a silly mistake and if my old memory serves me well enough, an apology was posted. Enough said. BUT to post rude insensitive unnecessary comments (not accidently) is a total waste of my precious time and I'm sure waste of email reading time for all who submit and gain information on this list. After a busy day I sat at my computer to have to read at least 10! I haven't got time for this nonsense! It should not be forgotten that many who ask advice from the list are in one way or another unable to obtain it any other way. Whether they be financially, physically or geographically unable. And we all benefit from the responding emails to the questions. I have only once or twice been able to assist someone on the list, received an instant thanks and felt soooo good to have helped. If this makes me a "show off" Bring it on! I've gone on a bit but unfortunately I'm angry and I think I should get angry about much more important things going on in the world. Perhaps the lesson here is this - BEFORE YOU WRITE ANONIMOUSLY THINK IF YOU WOULD SPEAK IT IN PERSON.
