Hi Kim, 2259 Males and 144 Females were sent to Moreton Bay in the Period 1824-1842 (as per JG STEELE's "Brisbane Town in Convict Days 1824-1842) Of these Approximately 220 died (anywhere up to 230) during that time frame. Regards Sue.
